Blue Beach Towels Help Babies Sleep Better
Beach towels and beach blankets are the perfect accessory to any day at the beach. A large, thirsty beach towel could be wrapped around a bikini-clad woman in order for her to stroll along the boardwalk or enter shops and restaurants without having to completely change her clothes.
Although beach blankets and beach towels are mainly used to dry off after a dip in a pool or the beach, there are many other uses for beach towels and beach blankets. Since beach towels are made of a thick and absorbent material, they can be used as table cloths and then matching beach towels could be used as seat cushions to tie a table together in a fashionable and carefree outdoor style.
Green beach towels are great for outdoor picnics because they are super absorbent so they make terrific table cloths, especially at the children’s table where juice usually ends up on the table more than in their mouth. A regular table cloth would allow the sticky substance to just sit there even after it’s been wiped up with a paper towel.
Blue beach towels could be used to wrap or swaddle babies again because of their super absorbent materials. Babies tend to throw- up a lot and having the beach towel as a cover makes perfectly good sense.
A beach towel could also be the perfect exercise “buddy” in that it is inexpensive, versatile and everyone seems to have one. To improve your posture and strengthen and tone your shoulders and upper back muscles, take the beach towel and hold it in front of your body with elbows out and forearms at a 90 degree angle. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and hold for five seconds, repeating 10 times.
To condition your ab muscles, butt and thighs, in addition to promoting stability and balance use a beach towel. Begin by standing with your right foot on the towel and your body weight on your left foot; slide your right foot to the back and to the side. Repeat this on the other foot about 12 times per foot. To add an element of difficulty to this exercise, try doing it at the beach in the sand.
