Doctors Use Computer-Generated Program to Show Damaging Effects Of HGH
HGH or human growth hormones are produced naturally in everybody from the time we are born until our mid-20s through the pituitary gland in our brain. Somewhere in our mid-20s the pituitary gland begins to shut down because it is no longer needed for growth and development. However, many people including athletes and Hollywood stars continue to use human growth hormones or HGH supplements in order to feel younger, look younger and increase their endurance during sports.
However, athletes continue to use human growth hormones to increase their endurance during many sports and HGH continues to be on several banned substance lists even though it is a naturally occurring hormone in the body. If a drug test shows too much of the HGH, the athlete will be banned from the sport. Many athletic trainers and doctors use computer-generated programs to show athletes the damage HGH can cause to their body over a long period of time.
Long-term studies have not been done on HGH side effects because there are so many different brands on the market with new ones coming out every day. Some of the known HGH side effects include insulin resistance which could lead to diabetes, Corporal tunnel syndrome, stiffening of the joints which may lead to obesity due to an activity because of the joint pain, arthritis like symptoms, bloating, muscle pain, hardening of the arteries, headaches, abnormal growth of bones and other internal organs, high blood pressure and many other health complications yet undiscovered because of the long-term use of HGH has yet to be fully realize. Yet many athletes continue in their sports of choice despite the warnings.
Human growth hormones are naturally occurring production in the body to help cell repair and help to fight diseases. Other uses for HGH include helping someone grow taller, maintaining weight loss, helping with hair growth in balding people, helping with the debilitating chronic fatigue of fibromyalgia patients, working as a natural antidepressant for those suffering from depression and increasing one’s libido. In addition to athletes, HGH is sought after by celebrities and people who want to feel better and look younger. However, HGH supplements are not a cure-all for everything that ails you. One must still practice good health such as healthy eating, yearly dental checkups at the dentist and doctor and just overall good healthy habits.
A computer-generated program that shows a person the deterioration of a body that uses human growth hormones over a long period of time will help people understand some of the known side effects and how they will affect a person’s lifestyle and ability to do everyday things. Being able to see what goes on in a person’s body, even if it’s on a computer generated body, will have many people thinking twice about using human growth hormones.
